One of the most powerful IPLs in the price range, which relates to fewer sessions.
I've been receiving professional IPL treatment for dry eye syndrome and decided to try this unit instead of paying hundreds of dollars for each treatment schedule at the clinics. I was receiving 9kj on the professional machine but had to turn this one down to half of its maximum setting because it is so powerful, which is great by me as the bulb will last twice as long.
If you're using it for hair removal you will need fewer sessions because it is more powerful than most other IPLs in the price range and more closely approaches the power used by the professional machines, I know, because it occasionally zaps a whisker when doing my eye treatment and it really fries it with the same intensity I've felt on the professional machines.
The skin tone sensor would be better if it was on the wand but it's certainly not an issue that would prevent me from recommending it to anyone. It's the power that matters & this is very powerful.
The only down side is that I believe their "LIFETIME CARTRIDGE" only last for about 30,000 shots . . . not the "LIFETIME" they state . . . but then perhaps they were referring to a butterfly's or moth's lifetime.

Great piece of gear, great sound . . . LOVE the Internet Radio !!!!!
Was a bit apprehensive about buying this brand but am VERY pleased with the tuner. I'm sooo glad it has internet radio as that is what I mainly use now. Being able to tune into stations from all around the world is fantastic. Sound quality is great & it's a very intuitive menu once you realise that the knob progresses you through all the options including "OK" & you press it to select.
