Purchased item and messaged seller for pick-up address - Address not provided. Sent futher messages over the following two days and received no response. Seller has caused me a substantial inconvenience.

We are a business and are only open Monday to Friday 9-5 this customer emailed over a weekend asking for our address after purchasing on a friday . This was supplied on Monday but customer was asking for a reply before 9am which we could not do as we open 9-5pm. Refunded customer.
