Return policy
Return Period:
All products with 'Brand New' condition may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, products with other conditions may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
Restocking Fee:
A 15% restocking fee is applied to all returned merchandise except for defective merchandise. An 80% restocking fee is applied to all returned merchandises (defective or not), which are in non-returnable conditions listed below after our inspection.
Non-Returnable:
Parts or manual missing or not in original boxes.
Merchandise that shows signs of installation.
Merchandise in visibly used, or damaged condition.
Merchandises without RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization).
