eBay My World: beanishells( 715)

HI.My aim is to keep up my good feedback and provide customers with really good products and service.Ebaying can be a real pleasure if everyone practices courtesy.Myhusband has joined me now so we both maintain the store. Its a lot of fun!

Too many to list. We used to write movie reviews for a paper, which I really enjoyed.

Westward The Women (Robert Taylor), Sullivans Travels (Veronica Lake), Standing Room Only ( Paulette Goddard), One For The Book (Eleanor Parker), Sabrina ( Harrison Ford), High Road to China (Tom Selleck), Father of the Bride 2, The princess Diaries 2, A Song is Born (Danny Kaye), Rio Bravo ( John Wayne), Whats up Doc?, etc... Got room for a couple of hundred more? My tastes are pretty broad really.

Sinatra, Bluble, Streisland, Artie Shaw, Benny Goodman, Harry James, Ella Fitzgerald, Louis Armstrong, and Old HOllywood movie themed soundtracks.

Quantum Leap, Star Trek (original and Enterprise), the 24 series, not much on thats any good. Won't waste my time on reality shows.

Good old fashioned courtesy never killed anyone. If you are in the wrong, admit it but don't be discouraged if after all your efforts someone still complains. If someone sends you a message, be polite enough to answer. Say please and thankyou. It won't kill you. Ebaying should be a pleasant and fun experience. Life is too short to be upset over silly things.

Its too long to go on about it. I have been in customer service / sales for some very long years. I treat my customers as I would like to be treated.

Check on the listings. It's all there. Paypal preferred.

Where ever possible I combine postage items and sometimes give small discounts. I start with a flat rate. I post by weight. Sometimes I add some extra to cover my wrapping materials. If I can, I recycle these as much as possible.

I have never had the need for a return policy because the items I sell are exactly as described. I post them in the condition I say they are in. I wouldn't refund for a simple change of mind.

Message me anytime you have a question relating to the item for sale. I have actually learned a lot from questions by other ebayers and try to always include as much information as I can as a result of this feedback.

The best ebayers are the ones who pay immediately or within 24-48 hours. They are courteous and get in contact too. It is disappointing when you are left waiting for a week, wondering what is going on. Generally these same people often don't bother to leave any feedback. That can be disappointing when you have gone to a lot of trouble for them or given them a discount and you never hear from them again. So please, be considerate of the time your sellers give to you. We all work hard to maintain our feedback in a good and postive state if possible. Make sure that all your address details etc are current and correct as well, so that this makes it easier to post your item to you more successfully. Thanks for listening! Beani
