The item had an issue with it, which may have happened during shipping, or storage, however the seller was great to work with. I don't believe the seller knew of the issue as it was noticeable only after opening the package, which did come in as new, in that it didn't appear to have been used or opened, so 5 stars for that. The seller offered exceptional customer service and said that he just wanted me to be happy. I highly recommend this seller, and I am thankful for the efforts that were made.
