The item was delivered and I am assuming it is as described as I have not seen it myself. It was delivered to a tenant.
As soon as I ordered the item I realised I needed 2 instead of one. The seller had a pack of 2 for sale which is cheaper than buying 2 individually. I immediately messaged seller to change the order so that I take the 2 pack instead of the single pack I had ordered. The seller never even bothered responding to my message. That I find shocking and won't buy from seller again.

The item arrived promptly but was sadly damaged in the post. We advised the seller who supplied a replacement, strongly packed and by return of post. The seller asked for a photo of the damage which we were happy to supply but failed to transfer from the phone to the PC. The seller was very patient, however, and we eventually sent them an email with said attachment from the phone. The spare part is now installed and working.

I ordered these items quickly before realising that it was the wrong part number. Instead of V-124A it was V-125, so I quickly cancelled the order with one hour, but the item had already been shipped so it was not possible to cancel it.
When the parcel arrived I quickly checked the part withmy broken part and it was exactly the same item.
V-125 Water tank latch clips are same as the clamps for V-124A.
