Thank you Shane this was a really good experience. First, you got back to me every time I raised a question. The order was custom, (channel instead of baffle box after listening to your advice). It was expertly packed in a box large enough not be squashed flat as you said it would be. came with a proper forwarding invoice and even the courier from Hunter apologised that he was delivering late in the day. I would highly recommend Supreme Quilts. The right quilt from the right company.

The seller just don't bother answering!!! The price that i payed for donna and what i recived just didnt match! It was way too thin. What you see is what you get. If you are unsure too bad. I send way to many massages and lucky enough just got one reply where he said he doesn't have time to check his emails (great) I can return the Doona for extra filling and when I asked further questions I had no reply. So Rude! I do like it but in the description it said its super fluffy and it's NOT!

I did reply to the question and did mention you could return it to have more filling in it, I then get another question which is "can I return it to have more filling put in it". Why bother answering if you dont read the response? I also asked if you wanted it warmer which is what will happen by adding more, you did not respond. Works both ways, I answered your questions, you never answered mine. I cant help if you dont reply to this? Its is super fluffy, for the warmth rating.
