Item was not as indicated in the photo description complete with mounting bracket. Item and postage was very expensive at $158. At least five times the price of others like $32 inc. postage. I contacted the seller and was told the photo is only an example and not the actual item being supplied. He also said his is a quality item and others cheaper would be made in China. There are no identifying marks or label on the item indicating where it was made.
I wouldn't buy from the seller again!
