Hi, My name is Terrence Koh, a typical chinese that stay in Malaysia:) I had joined Ebay since 2004 with the intention to buy some stuffs from Ebay. Now, I am selling items in Ebay and treating Ebay business as my full time business.

I have partner with few of my friends and fully involved into the Ebay business since June 2010. What we do is we buy stocks in in big volume with very low price and sell the item to our Ebay customers in wholesale price. For one thing, I only sell genuine, High quality products to my Ebay customers. I pay very close attention to each and every of the product that I sell on Ebay - I try, I test, and I inspect each of the product before I start selling it on Ebay. In shorts, I only sell the product that myself is personally satisfy with. Customer Satisfaction will be my top priority. I am also working closely together with the international shipping companies in order to provide low cost shipping charges to our Ebay customers and yet provide fast and secure delivery service:) I am very particular on the packaging procedure. I will ensure that I have package my customer items in maximum protection to ensure customers receive items in perfect condition.

We will prefer on paypal. Since paypal itself will accept credit card and allow funding from buyer bank accounts. Besides, we will try our best to work with our buyers on the payment method that more convenient to them.

We usually will packed our item readily once we have list our item, and we will usually allow for 1 day handling and ship the item out to our customers once we received cleared payment from paypal. ( Except Saturday, Sunday and public Holidays since shipping company is off and do not offer pickup services in these season )

Customer satisfaction will be our top priority. We allow 100% money back guarantee to the customers if they are not satisfied with our products. Buyers require to return our products into our hand within 21 days from the days they received the item. Buyers will be responsible to pay the cost for the return shipping.
