Austeam has specialised in steam appliances since April 1999 when we began as Myjen Appliances NQ. Being the sort of people who just have to know everthing about our appliances, we started pulling them apart, and now we can even put them back together again and fix them if needed...we now have a number of staff trained as Steam and Coffee Machine technicians, both domestic and commercial.
Payment policy
We are happy to take payment by PayPal or Bank Deposit or you are welcome to phone us on 1300-132965 during business hours to pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Postage information
For large items we prefer to ship via TNT or Couriers Please. Small and non-fragile items we will happily send via Australia Post.
Return policy
Should your item arrive faulty or the wrong item is sent we will ask you to return it for assesment. If our technicians agree that the item is faulty we will not only replace the item but we will refund the postage you paid for the return. However, in our experience 90% of fault claims turn out to be user error, so we strongly suggest that you call us first on 1300132965 to discuss. The same of course applies if you believe we have sent the wrong item. If the item is damaged in transit and is obvious from damage to the packaging please do not accept the parcel. If you are not aware of the damage until opened please keep all packaging and photograph the demage.
