On the one hand, the cartridge was as described, and both the price and shipping were reasonable. On the other hand, I realized I didn't need the cartridge, and the seller refused to cancel the order even though I contacted them only hours later. Then they did not ship the cartridge for nearly a month -- until I registered a complaint.To be fair, this may have all been a one-time mixup by an otherwise honest seller -- hence the Neutral rating. And the cartridge was as described.

Sorry but I do not recall any cancellation request regarding this purchase. I act on cancellation requests immediately. I also accept returns so there was a second option to file for a return and get a total refund even including any shipping charges.
