We offer regular post, express post & registered post on 99% of our listings with regular post as the default. We can also send by FastWay road freight if required and do offer local pickup. For overseas buyers we usually offer normal airmail postage or registered airmail but other options such as express post international and express courier international are nearly always available if requested.

Returns are accepted within 14 days on almost every item we sell provided that in the case of items in sealed packaging they are returned in the same state and in the case of electrical items, they are not fitted or used in any way. It is always possible to determine this and some items are supplied with tamper proof stickers for this reason. This is to avoid the use of parts simply for diagnosis purposes and because electrical items can be damaged by other faults in the equipment they have been connected to. If an item in this case can be easily retested we may offer to take it back with a 50% restocking and testing fee. A 20% restocking fee also applies to items returned outside our 14 day time frame. The 14 day period is usually counted from the date we post the item to the date you get it back in the post to us.
