UPS orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 2:00PM pacific time. USPS will be shipped within 2-3 business days AFTER payment is received.

We offer money-back or replacement returns on all of our products. If you would like to return your order for a refund or replacement, you must frst contact us for Return Authorization. All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and all items being returned MUST have a return material authorization (RMA) number. Returned packages with no RMA number will be refused. To obtain an RMA number, you must send a return request via eBay message. All non-defective items being returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for certain situations. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns where the restocking fee applies, and buyers will be responsible for the return shipping charges in all cases.
