Items shall be posted ASAP upon full receipt of monies owed by the Winning Bidder (normally 3 -5 working days). All items are sent via Registered Post. Where items are not covered by PayPal Buyer's Insurance; insurance can arranged for an additional fee (please refer to individual item description for more info). It is the responsibility of the Winning Bidder to ensure goods meet their specifications when purchasing (please refer to item description for more info.) & are appropriately insured during transit. I do not accept responsibility for accidental damage incurred by delivery services or the accidental or deliberate mishandling/misuse of goods.

Returns accepted on selected items (please refer to individual item description for more info) within 14 days Australia-wide (30 days International) under the following conditions: 1. Non-delivery of goods (please specify correct address at time of purchase). 2. Goods delivered do not do what they are intended to do/advertised for &/or are faulty/defective (& this was NOT stated in the item description upon purchase. 3. Full refund of all monies paid for returned items shall be refunded into your nominated PayPal account or credit/debit card, minus postage & handling (bank transfers are NOT accepted). Additional fees charged by PayPal are charged at the discretion of PayPal & are NOT covered at this time. N.B: I do NOT accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchase type.

Photos, documentation & other data (including receipt numbers & the like) of goods may be retained by me when selling items to verify all transactions & condition of goods posted to Winning Bidders. This is done to ensure all standards of ethics & professionalism are maintained, for legal reasons (should any issues arise from a transaction which is not covered by PayPal Insurance, etc) & to afford both myself & my Buyers additional piece of mind.

Any information collected about Buyers (including postal information, bank account details & the like, etc) is kept in the strictest confidence & is only used to post items bought by Winning Bidders or used for transaction purposes only in accordance with local, state & international laws, & PayPal/eBay's Privacy Policy & Terms of Service.
