We started in 2004 as a small local computer repair business and have slowly expanded into areas like selling products directly to the public, website design and creation.
With over 20 years in all different aspects of the computer industry we began Amagosa Computer Services to address the lack of service and communication that is all too common today.
We hope you agree with our sentiments and through your support can help bring back these basic values.
Payment policy
We accept many forms of payment already and will add more ways to make your payments in the future.
Currently we accept Direct Deposit or Bank Deposit, PayPal, PayMate and Money Orders through Australia Post.
Postage information
Postage is based on quantity and weight of the purchase and while we try to keep our postage costs as low as possible, we do charge a small package and handling fee to cover packaging materials.
Usually purchases going to Western Australia and parts of the Northern Territory cost a little more than the eastern states, but with our flat rate postage we absorb the cost difference.

Return policy
We have a 7 day return policy.
DOA - Dead On Arrival is covered by this policy, as soon as we are notified, we will ship a new equivalent item to replace the faulty item.
This policy also covers change of mind, which if you change your mind about the purchased item we will accept return of the item but only if packaging is not broken or opened.
All costs of shipping for returns will be at the expense of the purchaser except in the case of DOA which will be at the expense of Amagosa Computer Services.
A full refund will be given if all the criteria has been met.
