In 2003, both of my parents lost their jobs in the IT industry. It was a very hard time for the family. My Dad took a job in a grocery store as a manager and my mother started to sell some small kitchenware by knocking on the doors of local retailer shops and restaurants. A year and half later after many months of planning, studying, networking, researching and countless overnight hard working, our Acme Kitchenware Plus store was open for business in Nashville, TN. In June 2006, I became the CEO (Chief eBay Officer) of the store and started the eBay store front to offer our products to the rest of the country and the world. We have more than 15000 items in the store and a warehouse right next door to store our products. This means we can pretty much ship your items within 24 – 48 hours without any delays. We ship via US Postal Office most of the time. Shipment usually is out of the door within 24 – 48 hours after the payment is cleared. Credit card payment via Paypal is usually cleared right away, however eCheck or MoneyOrder/check usually take 5 – 10 days. Orders over $50 (chinaware and ceramic ware are excluded from this offer) is qualified for our $4.99 flat super shipping rate if your shipping address is within 48 continental states of USA. We will either ship via US Postal Parcel Service or Fedex Ground Home Delivery depending on the size and weight. The shipment usually arrives within 2 - 9 days.

We accept return if the products have defects made by manufactures. We issue a refund only for retured product's value. We do not issue a refund for shipping cost. Please review our return plicies in each listing for more information.
