I have been trying to get my money back for weeks for an item that was very poorly advertised and i returned it to the address on the parcel, that had a woman's name attached to the street address of their company, but they keep coming up with the same excuse that they didn't receive the parcel i sent back, yet they tell me they received the tracking number i sent them. I will never ever deal with these people again. If that's the way they run a business then they can keep the $62 they owe me.
