I have found through experience that a lot of the disappointment that comes from a 'bad' transaction on eBay is based on unsatisfactory goods and/or customer service. We have probably all had to deal with sellers that don't reply or can't speak English, or buyers that do not contact the seller after the sale. If anything, I pride myself on being neither of the above ;)
To achieve this, I personally aim to make sure that if something is bought, that all appropriate information is provided in the auction in clear, concise and easy to understand manner.
Also I aim to ensure that an open path of communication is available during the buying, the finalization of the payment and delivery processes.
It is with this ethos I, in my selling and buying practices, am hoping to bring you a better level of customer service and satisfaction in all transactions.

Payment policy
I prefer direct deposit as a payment option with the item number or your ebay ID included in the payment line for easy reconciliation.
Postage information
Items are usually posted via Standard Australia Post, however I am happy to Express Post urgent items or Registered Post valuables.
Express Post or Registered Post attract a small additional charge
