The detailed tracking indicated that the package never left the far east. I was offered a refund which was in my Paypal account amost immediately. The correspondence via ebay was repeatedly apologetic and very polite. Good service really matters to this seller.

Following communication with the seller, they readily agreed to refund the cost of the relevant adaptor, which I have now purchased. The lamp is lovely and great value for money. wrong description they said it operates with "AAA" batteries and instead it uses "d" size batteries , also it said it has WIFI and the one they sent me is without WIFI I accepted the item and they offered a discount from an item that i purchase again from them , I didnt accept that and asked for a refund , they agreed on that but after 3 times they tell me thet the refund has been issued I never got any Refund ! I sent various emails and they always say refund will be in 72 hrs do not trust them
