Item never arrived when due. Contacted the seller first time but no reply. Waited a few days the contacted the seller again, and it turned out that the courier didn’t bother to even put it out for delivery and it lay at their hub for a week or so. Seller contacted them and as if by magic the courier delivered it the next day. So thanks to the seller for their help as goodness knows when I’d have received it.
