This seller advertised the goods as available in Leicestershire. He advertised the price and free postage. I checked the account and found I had been charged an extra 20% tax. He isn’t in Leicestershire but China. This tax should have been made clear on his selling page and the buyer can then decide if they want the goods with an extra 20%. I am happy with the lights but not with the sly 20 % tax
