I paid for postage separately but all 3 arrived in one parcel - its ok, seller didnt offer multiple item postage discout so Im ok with that as it was my choice. But now, he expects me to pay THREE separate return labels (One for each item). I sent two emails asking for postage details so I can return all 3 items in one packet, just as I got them but got ignored for over 2 weeks now. NON EXISTENT customer service - avoid.

i am very dissapointed. i have been buying from this company for almost 10 years....but now.... i ordered my pair of jeans that i have ordered for years! i recieved a size s instead of l of different jeans. they refuned me so i ordered again and it had never arrived. the seller does not respond then they told me those jeans are out of stock BUT it says they have been dispatched. i really dont know what is happening or if they are ok but if your going to be doing this then you really need to stop

I ordered my item two weeks before I was going away. My order said it was despatched on time (no postal tracking number was given) & when it didn’t arrive by the arrival date, I contacted the seller & didn’t receive a response for days. Communication was “we will chase postal service”, I ended up requesting a replacement. Response was “Ok & replacement will be sent out”. My order eventually arrived when I was away.
