My goal is to build and grow my eBay business over the coming year to Powerseller status. I will, as a general rule, always start auctions on eBay at no more than 10% of the normal price, giving a 90% discount, more or less.

Payment policy
PayPal. If you are not registered with PayPal, you can still use your credit card with Paypal. Under special circumstances, other payment methods may be available but only if the bidder has this confirmed by me before winning the auction. Non payment is uncool and I expect payments within 48 hours (max 72 hours) unless prior arrangements have been made.

Postage information
We ship worldwide. All products currently on inventory are digital products and can be downloaded from anywhere in the world, with proper internet connections.

Return policy
Because products are digital, no returns are possible, HOWEVER, if you have a problem, issue, complaint, or whatever, PLEASE contact us PRIOR to placing feedback. We will honor any reasonable request. Life's too short. I'm sure we can fix it, or give you something else, or something really special to make up for any inconvenience, or even a refund into your Paypal account if that's absolutely necessary. Let's not fight over money. Whatever you want is cool. Please don't abuse my generosity though with petty, ridiculous matters and some things are not in my control. But at the end of the day, I really want you back to my eBay store to buy more stuff so I'm sure we can work something out and all matters will be considered seriously. I don't think I can be more fairer than that for a Return Policy, can I?
