Although we strive to make our site user friendly and a pleasant place to both visit, to view beautiful items and to shop, please keep in mind that we are only human. Technical devices fail, we occasionally need to be away from our computers and sometimes we get a little bit behind dealing with the volume of email and orders. Unlike the Internet's open hours, we can't work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, (although we almost do!!) but we do strive to process orders as quickly as humanly possible.
