We are a family based business born from the need to find olde worlde style appliques for our home. These were not readily available in Australia. What began as a need has become a passion and yes, an obsession. We love all things beautiful!!!

Things I sell

We make all different sorts of appliques mostly from resin, and look to add lots of decor items aswell in time, like bed canopies and mirrors. We also will make accessories in plaster if asked to do so.

Things I buy

I am a passionate buyer of cherubs and roses and can't resist anything pretty and girlie. I have 3 daughters and too much is never enough when decorating their rooms.

We accept bank deposit, money orders, bank cheques and paypal.

Postage information

We always combine on postage and endeavour to keep postage as reasonable as possible. Local pick up is welcome also by arrangement.

Return policy

All appliques broken in transit will be replaced, if you are happy to cover the extra postage. Picture of damaged goods is required as proof.

I can not speak highly enough of Marie, she is such a beautiful lady and goes out of her way to help you with what you are trying to achieve, be it with Appliques or her gorgeous Crystals, she helped me so much with my chandeliers when I was unsure what to do. She really is one in a million.

Purest Obsession is one of my most favourite shops on eBay because I absolutely LOVE the product and Marie is a gorgeous lady to buy from – always a pleasure to communicate with. I love that this business was born from the need to find ‘old world’ patterns in Marie and Paul’s home and I am so delighted that they share their beautiful resin appliqués on eBay– and not least on my list is that they are SO EASY TO USE (LOL!) and look so GORGEOUS!!
